Yes, the bimini top will fit your Seadoo Fishpro.  It has a special mount (very easy to install). 

You can ride with it up or fold it down.  It will fit on the back of your Fishpro including your cooler etc.

The Fishpro Trophy has the pop up seat that interfers with the head space so if you are going to be using the seat up, it will not fit, but if you are using it for cruising or hanging out, then it will fit nicely.
